AccountRight additional
file discount
Price Adjustment
The additional file discount applied to multiple AccountRight files for the same client is no longer available on new subscriptions.
If you pay for subscriptions on behalf of your clients, the AccountRight additional file discount will be removed:
- on 1 April 2024 (if you pay on a monthly basis)
- or after 1 April 2024, from the date you receive your next invoice (if you pay annually in advance).
The AccountRight additional file discount came to an end on 1 June 2023 for clients who pay for their own subscriptions.
After the discount ends, base subscription fees will increase to:

The base subscription fees shown in the table above do not factor in special discounts you’re entitled to (like a partner loyalty discount).
Why have we made this change?
With the evolution of our products, we now offer flexible subscriptions and pricing plans designed to make it easy for you to choose the right solution for each business. You can mix and match subscriptions, adding or removing functionality as needed, to meet your client’s changing business requirements.
The discount program was originally put in place because clients were not offered the same flexibility. Clients were required to keep all business accounts on the same product. In some cases, this meant clients had to sign up for a subscription with advanced functionality they didn’t need, at a higher cost than was necessary.
