1. Removal of M-Powered Invoice Services from your invoice templates

From 31 May 2025, your customers will not be able to pay invoices using the M-Powered Invoice payment options. To avoid missed and failed payments, you will need to remove M-Powered as a payment option from future your invoices and reissue any outstanding invoices. Below are two options to remove M-Powered payment options from future invoices:

  1. Discontinue use of M-Powered invoice templates
If you currently use the M-Powered invoice default template, you will need to select an alternative default template for new invoices before 1 May 2025.
  2. Remove M-Powered payment options from your customised invoice template

For customised templates that include M-Powered payment options, we recommend customising a new invoice template that does not include the M-Powered payment options. If you would prefer to continue to use your current customised template, you will need to edit and remove the M-Powered payment options from the template by 1 May 2025.
