Yes — you can move up to Essential, Pro or Custom at any time. Get in touch and our team will walk you through what changes and confirm pricing.
What does the 4-week communication plan cover?
A personalised plan that begins four weeks before each scheduled upgrade. It covers timing, what's changing, what we'll test in the sandbox, what your team should expect, and any decisions you need to make. The goal: no surprises.
Do Upgrade Care packages roll over?
Yes. The minimum term is 12 months, and packages roll over automatically for a further 12-month period. To cancel, get in touch at least 30 days before your current term ends.
