Each MYOB Care plan includes a monthly allocation of Expert Service points. You choose the work you need from the catalogue, our consulting team delivers it, and points are drawn down as services are used. If your needs grow, top up with an Expert Service add-on at any time.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I request a service?

Submit a request through the customer portal. Our consulting team picks it up, confirms the points value, and gets started.  

What happens if a service is more complex than expected?

The points value of each service is fixed. If your situation falls outside the standard scope, we'll flag it before starting and discuss the best way forward — whether that's combining services, moving to a project, or scoping something custom.  

Do unused points roll over?

No. Monthly points refresh each month and don't carry over. If you regularly run out, an Expert Service add-on tier is the more cost-effective option.  

What if I run out of points?

You can top up with an Expert Service add-on tier (Small, Medium, Large, or XL) at any time, or purchase additional services standalone.

Can I use Expert Service if I'm not on a MYOB Care Success Plan?

Expert Service is included in every MYOB Care Success Plan. If you're not on a plan, talk to us about the right option for your business.
