Essential is the starting point for every business on MYOB Acumatica. You get a dedicated Customer Success Manager, regular health reviews, monthly Expert Service points, Upgrade Assistance for every upgrade, Foundation Training, and a 2 hour urgent response SLA.

Pro adds more capacity, faster response and broader upgrade cover. Higher monthly Expert Service points with priority queue, 1 hour urgent response SLA with after hours cover, Customisation Upgrade Assistance included, Premium Training content, more strategic reviews and planning, dedicated support team, and proactive ticket management.

How does Expert Service work?

Expert Service gives you on-demand access to MYOB Acumatica consultants who step in and do the work for you, from setting up new users and updating reports to configuring workflows, training your team, and reviewing processes. Your plan includes a set number of points each month, refreshed monthly with no rollover. Each service in the catalogue has a points value, so you pay for the outcome rather than the hours. It keeps your business moving when your team is stretched.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade at any time. Downgrades take effect on your renewal date.

What's included in my software subscription?

Your MYOB Acumatica subscription includes self service online help, the option to call MYOB for urgent issues that affect core product functionality, and access to the customer portal for your authorised contacts. MYOB Care sits on top of this with proactive engagement, monthly Expert Service points, faster response SLAs, and the broader value pillars described above.

Is an MYOB Care Success Plan separate from my software subscription?

Yes. MYOB Care is billed independently of your MYOB Acumatica subscription.

Do MYOB Care Success Plans roll over?

Yes. The minimum term is 12 months and plans roll over automatically for a further 12-month period. To cancel, let your success manager know at least 30 days before your current term ends.
