Terms and Conditions:
Partner Connect & Discover Live 2025

By booking a ticket or participating in Partner Connect and Discover Live 2025, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 

  1. Event Booking
    1. The Partner Connect conference will be held at 9:00am on Tuesday, 4 March 2025 at Doltone House, Jones Bay Wharf, Level 3, 26—32 Pirrama Road, Pyrmont, NSW 2009.
    2. Discover Live 2025 will be held at 9:00am on Wednesday, 5 March 2025 at Doltone House, Jones Bay Wharf, Level 3, 26—32 Pirrama Road, Pyrmont, NSW 2009.
    3. You can request additional tickets for Partner Connect and Discover Live 2025 by emailing enterprisepartners@myob.com.
      1. Awards Celebration Evening tickets are available for AUD $99 per person (excluding GST).
      2. Partner Connect conference tickets are available for AUD $199 per person (excluding GST).
      3. Discover Live 2025 tickets are available for AUD $199 per person (excluding GST) with an exclusive discount code that will be provided by MYOB.
      All tickets are subject to availability. You will receive an email notification from us once your booking has been confirmed. 
    1. If you make a booking on behalf of another person, you must provide them with a copy of these Terms and ensure they agree to be bound by the Terms.
    2. Tickets can be transferred to another person if you provide us with written notice at least 7 calendar days prior to the event.
    3. Please email events@myob.com for any queries about Partner Connect and Discover Live 2025. 
  2. Attendance
    1. We reserve the right to deny you entry to Discover Live 2025 or require you to leave the venue if we have reasonable grounds to do so, for example, if:
      1. you do not have a ticket; 
      2. you are intoxicated;
      3. you are under the influence of illicit drugs;
      4. your behaviour poses a risk to others; or  
      5. you fail to comply with reasonable directions from venue staff.
    2.  We reserve the right to vary seating arrangements.

  3. Cancellations 

    1. If you wish to cancel your ticket, please contact events@myob.com. If you submit a request to us in writing at least 14 calendar days before Discover Live 2025 commences, we will refund the full amount you paid for the ticket. No refund is available if we receive a booking cancellation request less than 14 calendar days before the event commences or in the event of non-attendance. 

    2. We reserve the right to reschedule or relocate Discover Live 2025. Unless required by law, we will not be liable for any losses you incur if we reschedule or relocate the event, including any travel or accommodation expenses.  

    3. You should carefully consider the refund and cancellation policies of service providers when making arrangements to attend the event. You may wish to consider whether to take out an insurance policy to cover any losses you would incur if the event is rescheduled or relocated.

  4. Privacy   

    Please view our Privacy Policy and our Privacy Collection Notice for more information about how we collect, use and disclose your personal information.

  5. Consent  

    We may take photos or videos at Partner Connect and Discover Live 2025, or make audio recordings. You acknowledge that you may be filmed, sound recorded and/or photographed by MYOB, the media or any other person who attends Partner Connect and Discover Live 2025. You agree that MYOB may use or approve the use of any film, sound recording and/or photo of you (including your name, likeness, image and/or voice) for any purpose, including for advertising or marketing Partner Connect and Discover Live 2025, MYOB’s products and services, or MYOB more generally. No remuneration is payable to you for such use.

  6. General  

    1. These Terms do not replace or limit the statutory rights you have, including any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. 

    2. These Terms are governed by the laws in force in the state of New South Wales, Australia. 

    3. If any part or provision of these Terms is void or unenforceable, then that part or provision does not apply in that jurisdiction and the remainder of the Terms continue in operation. 

    4. We reserve the right to amend these Terms, and will publish the most recent version on our website. Variations will only apply to ticket purchases made after the Terms have been updated.

  7. Definitions

    In these Terms:

    • We, us, our means MYOB Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 13 086 760 198) of Level 3, 168 Cremorne Street, Cremorne, VIC 3121 or MYOB NZ Limited (Company no. 902338) of Unit 801, 50 Albert Street, Auckland Central 1010.

    • Event means each of the 2025 MYOB Partner Connect and Discover Live conference and associated events, including dinners and other social events, provided by MYOB. 

    • You, your, yours means: 

      • the individuals or business, and their employees, representatives and agents. This would include, but is not limited to, sole traders, partnerships, companies and trusts;

      • an MYOB Enterprise Channel Partner;

      • an MYOB Acumatica customer; 

      • a director, officer or employee of an MYOB Acumatica customer; or 

      who books a ticket to attend or participates in Discover Live 2025.
