The latest version of MYOB PayGlobal Employee Self-service (ESS), v5.6, will soon be available.

New release details

The changes in this upgrade of MYOB PayGlobal ESS include:

• New license key algorithms and suport for existing license keys

• Multi-factor Authentication support

The release notes for v5.6 are now available.

Please note the below release dates. A database refresh has not been included in this release, but if you would like to request one to support testing, please contact support at payglobalsupport@myob.com.

During the system upgrades there will be short outages, however, these will occur outside of business hours. We'll closely monitor the system upgrades and have support mechanisms in place to promptly respond to any issues that may occur.
