In MYOB PayGlobal, pressing F1 provides a detailed breakdown of each field based on what you’re looking at. It’s a helpful resource to try before reaching out to support.
In 2025, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) will be available for Employee Self Service to enhance security compliance and protect sensitive information.
It is recommended that businesses either implement Single Sign-On or adopt MFA. MFA will include multiple verification methods; such as an authentication app or One-Time Passwords (OTP) via email.
As announced in March, our bank account information for future invoice payments has changed. To avoid payment disruptions, please update your records accordingly.
