Promotion Terms and Conditions



1. What is included in the Promotion?  

  1. Existing MYOB Acumatica customers in Australia and New Zealand (Eligible Customers) can receive free access to the following MYOB AI-powered features in MYOB Acumatica until 28 February 2026:
    1. AP Bill Entry; and
    2. Expense Management. 

2. What happens after the free period ends?

  1. After 28 February 2026, charges apply for AP Bill Entry and Expense Management. Eligible Customers can use up an allocated limit without incurring additional fees. Additional Fees are charged for each page that exceeds the allocated limit at then-current overage fees (currently 95 cents AUD and $1 NZ per page). 
  2. Allocated limits are based on usage-based tiers. A combined total of 30 pages per month is included for AP Bill Entry and Expense Management. Eligible Customers can subscribe to higher tiers by getting in contact with their Business Partner or Customer Success Manager  
  3. Additional Fees will be charged in arrears in your next Billing Period, or as otherwise agreed in writing. 
  4. Anomaly Detection and Auto Complete are included in core functionality at no additional charge Anomaly Detection may require scaling your resource tier tmaintain optimal performance and ensure system stability.

3. How do you turn on the AI Features? 

  1. An Eligible Customer can turn on the AI Features through the Enable/Disable features screen. Refer to MYOB Acumatica Knowledge Base article for more information. By turning on the AI Features, an Eligible Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of this Promotion. 

4. General

  1. Use of MYOB Acumatica, including newly released AI Features, remains subject to the MYOB Acumatica Master Services Agreement.  
  2. We may vary or discontinue this Promotion at any time. We will still honour the Promotion if it has been accepted by an Eligible Customer prior to the Promotion being discontinued or varied.  
  3. The Promotion does not replace or limit your statutory rights, including your rights under applicable consumer laws
  4. MYOB values your privacy. We may collect and use information about you and for the purpose of administering this Offer.
