A multiple-award winning, family-owned company, Meir began with a simple idea: to blend beautiful design with everyday functionality in bathroom and kitchen fittings.

Tania Wilson

Finance Manager, FTP

Tania Wilson joined FTP – a global operational insights leader – to modernise finance and operational workflows. With her strong leadership skills, she did just that. 

FTP needed to standardise finance and operational workflows across Australia, New Zealand and Canada on one platform and to do it in a single coordinated cutover. This meant aligning three tax and payroll regimes, different approval hierarchies, varied reporting expectations and local statutory requirements, all without disrupting business as usual work.

Using MYOB Acumatica, she led a disciplined transformation plan delivered continuity, stronger controls, faster reporting, a scalable platform, and a confident team of users.

Calm, practical and disciplined, she turns complex change into clear, ownable steps and actively mentors colleagues, especially women, to lead with data and process.

What's the eligibility criteria for each award?

The Breakthrough Business Award

The Breakthrough Business Award is open to all MYOB Acumatica customers in Australia and New Zealand who have been using MYOB Acumatica since 10 September 2023.

This award celebrates customers who are making leaps and bounds since adopting the MYOB Acumatica platform.

Finalists and winners will have demonstrated how they've:

  • Used MYOB Acumatica to solve business challenges, create opportunities or drive growth.
  • Supported the utilisation of MYOB Acumatica platform within their business. 
  • Utilised the platform across multiple teams and unlocked business value.


The Business of the Year Award

The Business of the Year Award is open to all MYOB Acumatica customers in Australia and New Zealand who have been an MYOB Acumatica customer prior to 10 September 2023.

This award celebrates a stand-out customer each year who is achieving big things. Open to businesses who have been using MYOB Acumatica for more than 24 months. 

Finalists and winners will have demonstrated how they've:

  • Used MYOB Acumatica to solve business challenges, create opportunities or drive growth.
  • Supported the utilisation of MYOB Acumatica platform within their business. 
  • Utilised the platform across multiple teams and unlocked business value.


The Women in Business Award


The Women in Business Award is open to individuals employed by any MYOB Acumatica customer based in Australia and New Zealand and which has been an MYOB Acumatica customer since at least 1 September 2024.

This award celebrates individuals who are solving business challenges with technology, while empowering and enabling other women in the ANZ technology and/or business community.

Finalists and winners will have demonstrated how they have:

  • Used MYOB Acumatica to solve business challenges, create opportunities or drive growth.
  • Supported the utilisation of MYOB Acumatica platform within their business. 
  • Utilised the platform across multiple teams and unlocked business value.
  • Inspired or empowered fellow women in the business and/or technology space.

This award category is open to any individual who identifies as a female.

When will finalists and winners be announced?

Finalists and winners will be announced on 10 November 2025.

When do nominations open and close?

Nominations are open from 10 September to 4.00PM (AEDT) 24 October 2025.

What do winners receive?

Winners of the Breakthrough Business Award, Business of the Year Award, and Women in Business Award will receive a ticket to the Acumatica Summit 2026 on 25-28 January 2026 in Seattle, USA and AUD$5,000/NZD$5,000 to put towards flights and accommodation to attend the Summit.

Plus, they'll receive a trip to MYOB's in-person Discover Live event – flights and accommodation covered by MYOB. 

Winners will also be included in Discover Live and MYOB promotional material, to shine a spotlight on their exceptional success.
