I authorise MYOB to transfer my bank feed(s) from my existing MYOB Essentials Cashbook subscription to my new MYOB Business Connected Ledger subscription. I confirm that I am the authorised account holder and consent to this migration.
I request and consent to the importation of my bank feed transaction data for the current financial year from my existing MYOB Essentials Cashbook subscription into my new MYOB Business Connected Ledger subscription. I acknowledge that this data import will be performed by MYOB on my behalf.

I confirm that:

I have read and agreed to the Direct Debit Terms and Conditions;
I have sufficient authority to approve the use of my practice’s existing Direct Debit Request; and
I authorise MYOB to withdraw any relevant product fee(s) advertised on myob.com or as otherwise agreed between us from the current bank account or credit card shown in my practice’s existing Direct Debit Request.
