These MYOB base subscription prices are effective from 1 March 2025.

MYOB Business per-user Payroll premium feature
The MYOB Business variable payroll fee will increase by $0.50 to $2.00 per employee from 1 March 2025.

Payroll fees are automatically calculated based on the number of employees paid each month and are applied at the end of the month. Starting 1 April 2025, these charges will appear on the invoice for Payroll users. The number of employees included depends on the selected plan. For more details on Payroll limits and fees, visit our help page.
Please note these variable Payroll fees don’t apply to MYOB AccountRight Plus or Premier.

- Final Pay workflow: As part of our ongoing commitment to simplify and streamline the payroll process for our customers, the new Final Pay workflow automates leave balance calculations and ensures smooth payouts for departing employees.
- Easy linking to Digital Employee Onboarding: Request pay and super details securely with the new ‘Request Employee Details' feature.
- AccountRight Priority Support: Skip to the front of the phone queue and gives you access to 30-minute appointments with our team of dedicated agents at no additional cost.
- Exclusive to AccountRight Plus and Premier customers.
- A revamped Command Centre, coming soon: Don't worry, nothing is getting moved around, but the Command Centre will be getting an update to make it easier for you to see what tasks are up next and help you get to where you need to go with fewer clicks.
Details about these changes
- These changes will take effect from 1 March 2025. You will see them reflected on your invoice after this date.
- If you are entitled to a discount as a result of any current, valid offer, it will be applied against the new monthly base subscription price from 1 March 2025 until your offer ends.
- Additional fees or charges apply for the use of Premium Features, such as optional Payroll, Online Payments^ and Premium Inventory.
- There will be no change on 1 March 2025 to additional fees and charges for Premium Inventory or Online Payments.
