**PayPal Competition Terms and Conditions: KEY DETAILS: 1. This trade promotion is open to residents of Australia in Victoria, New South Wales (Permit No: TP/02922), Queensland, Western Australia, Tasmania and the Northern Territory only. 2. Promotion entrants must be: Residents of: Victoria, New South Wales (Permit No: TP/02922), Queensland, Western Australia, Tasmania, and the Northern Territory in Australia. Minimum age: 18 years. 3. Employees and contractors of the Promoter, and their immediate families, are not eligible for entry. 4. Start time and date: 9:00am AEST on 1 September, 2023. 5. Closing time and date: 5:00pm ADST on 30 November, 2023. PRIZES: 6. There will be six (6) winning entrants: a. 2 to be randomly drawn within 5 days of 30 September, 2023; b. 2 to be randomly drawn within 5 days of 31 October, 2023; and c. 2 to be randomly drawn within 5 days of 30 November, 2023. (Collectively Selection Dates)7. Send a genuine Invoice to their customer with MYOB Online Invoice Payment enabled, within the Promotion Period. c. One entry is possible per qualifying invoice for each month during the Promotion Period, i.e. one qualifying Invoice can be sent in each of the following three periods (as long as all other entry requirements set out in this clause 11 are met): i. 1 September and 30 September,2023; ii. 1 October and 31 October 2023; and iii. 1 November and 30 November, 2023. In addition, each entrant may only win once over the term of the competition, no matter how many qualifying invoices are sent by the entrant. d. Have created and sent the qualifying genuine Invoice to their customer during the Promotion Period; and e. Complete the Form located at https://info.myob.com/au/lp/sme/paypal-competition. For the avoidance of doubt, the Form need only be completed once, regardless of the number of entries made by the entrant. 12. By entering the promotion, each entrant consents to: a. receipt of any communication regarding the promotion and other communication which informs the entrant of the Promoter’s products, services and events; and b. the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image, testimony or submission to the promotion in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of advertising and marketing this promotion (including any outcome), the Promoter’s products and services or the Promoters more generally. 13. The Promoter reserves the right to: a. verify the validity of entries and entrants; b. disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these conditions, including but not limited to if in the sole opinion of the Promoter, any entrant issues a non-genuine Invoice to a customer; c. to disqualify any entrant submitting an entry which infringes a third party’s intellectual property rights, or in the Promoter’s opinion, includes objectionable content, including but not limited to profanity, potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory language. 14. Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant. SELECTION OF WINNING ENTRANTS: 15. The winning entrants will be chosen at random from all of the entrants in the competition. 16. The Promoter’s random selection is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 17. One entry is possible per qualifying invoice for each month during the Promotion Period for each entrant, with each entrant only able to win once over the term of the competition, no matter how many qualifying invoices are sent by the entrant. 18. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw at section 18, if for any reason a winning entrant does not take a prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that prize will be forfeited. 19. If a prize is unclaimed a subsequent random choice may take place no later than 30 days following the Selection Date at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. WINNING ENTRANTS’ NOTIFICATION AND PUBLICATION: 20. The winning entrants will be notified within twenty (20) working days of the Selection Dates, via email and/or telephone. PROMOTER: 21.
