What's the difference between Essential and Custom plans?

Essential is the starting point for every business on MYOB Exo Business. You get a dedicated Services Consultant, regular health reviews, and monthly Expert Service points.

Custom adds upgrade assistance and a tailored number of monthly Expert Service points.

How do Expert Services points work?

Expert Services points give you on-demand access to MYOB Exo Business consultants who step in and do the work for you, from setting up new users and updating reports to configuring workflows, training your team, and reviewing processes. Your plan includes a set number of points each month, refreshed monthly with no rollover. Each service in the catalogue has a points value, so you pay for the outcome rather than the hours. It keeps your business moving when your team is stretched.

How do I sign up for an MYOB Care Success Plan?

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade at any time. Downgrades take effect on your renewal date.

What's included in my annual licence fee?

Your Annual Licence Fee keeps your MYOB Exo Business licence current for the year. It includes continued use of your licensed software for 12 months, access for the users and workstations covered by your licences, and eligible product updates issued by MYOB while your licence remains valid.

These updates help keep your platform current, secure and compliant, with improvements that support everyday efficiency.

Specific inclusions may vary depending on your agreement, licences and partner arrangement, so check your renewal details if you’re unsure.

Is an MYOB Care Success Plan separate from my annual licence fee?

Yes. MYOB Care is billed independently of your MYOB Exo Business annual licence fee.

Do MYOB Care Success Plans roll over?

Yes. The minimum term is 12 months and plans roll over automatically for a further 12-month period. To cancel, let your MYOB Exo Business consultant know at least 30 days before your current term ends.

What if I transition to MYOB Acumatica while I have an MYOB Care Success Plan?

If you move to MYOB Acumatica from MYOB Exo Business, you will receive a pro-rata refund of your MYOB Care Success Plan fees for MYOB Exo Business.
