Workforce Management Agreement Library
The new Agreement Library has been built to help you more easily apply local regulatory requirements and maintain accurate pay conditions.

  • Awards available in Agreement Library: Easily access Fairwork Modern Awards in the Agreement Library and deploy them into your business
  • Streamlined employee setup: Easily onboard new employees and apply agreements to automate employee payments, leave entitlements, and more, all while reducing the time required to ensure compliance.
  • Flexibility to customise: Awards can be configured by administrators if adjustments are required to pay conditions.
  • Payroll reporting enhancements: Payroll reports are a crucial part of managing your people and your labour costs. The new and enhanced Payroll reports provides easy access to information to review renumeration details, evaluate payroll accuracy and meet your payroll obligations.

Enhancement
Reverse a cash purchase document

This enhancement removes limitations from previous versions of MYOB Acumatica, streamlining the workflow for managing cash purchases and refunds.

Feature summary

  • Cash Purchase Processing: Previously, users had to void a cash purchase document to handle refunds, which was not ideal. The new feature allows users to create a "Cash Return" document, streamlining the process of handling refunds for cash purchases.
  • Refund and Rebate Processing: This feature enables the processing of refunds and rebates for cash purchases and expense receipts paid with a corporate credit card.
  • Document Management: Users can create a Cash Return document by selecting the new "Return" command available in the More menu of the Cash Purchases (AP304000) form. This command copies all details from the original transaction to the Cash Return document, simplifying the refund process.
  • Financial Reporting: The ability to reverse cash purchase documents without voiding them ensures more accurate financial reporting and reduces the complexity of managing financial records.

  • Improved mobile usability: Buttons and text have been optimized for smaller screens, making the form just as easy to fill out on a phone as on a desktop.

  • Progress tracking: A progress bar highlights the active page and shows how far the user is through the onboarding process.

  • Clear completion indicators: Each page has an indicator to show what’s left to fill out, with a final page warning to ensure no sections are missed.

Keep onboarding employees engaged with easy email notifications to remind them to complete tasks and help them find their way back to their place in the form.
