New purchased leave options
Introducing our new Purchased Leave Package, which allows employees to buy additional leave on top of their standard annual leave entitlements, providing greater flexibility and work-life balance. By setting aside a portion of their pay, employees can enjoy additional leave.
Last year, several New Zealand banks shared they are rolling out a 'Confirmation of Payee' service. This only impacts users logging into the banks' websites or mobile applications to access their personal accounts.
Each month, MYOB Support runs free training sessions for new and existing PayGlobal users. These sessions focus on navigation, quick commands, grid and standard reporting, as well as general tips and tricks.
In PayGlobal, pressing F1 provides a detailed breakdown of each field based on what you’re looking at. It’s a helpful resource to try before reaching out to support.

Here is some information that could save you some headaches during the end of financial year business.
The IRD reviews the tax rate applied to employees with a Tailored Tax Code annually. Unless the IRD issue you with a new Tailored Tax Code or deduction rate, you should advise your employees that you are obligated to set their tax code to 'ND'. This will result in their tax being calculated at the highest rate and stopping student loan repayments.
Leading up to this time of year, you should identify and advise effected employees of the consequences of not receiving their new year's tax rate.
For customers using the Gateway, check your Payday Reporting Manager Tool for any errors that may have been missed throughout the year.
You can run balancing reports any time of the year to ensure you are not left fixing up issues at your busiest time of year.
