Australian Payday Super compliance

Release 25 R2 prepares MYOB Acumatica Payroll for the ATO's Payday Super changes, taking effect 1 July 2026 – so super is calculated, reported, and on its way to employees' funds on payday, every payday. 

Feature summary

  • Supports the new Qualifying Earnings concept, reported through Single Touch Payroll so the ATO can verify that super payments are reaching funds on time.  
  • Keeps customers compliant with less effort and lower risk, because the solution is kept up to date with current legislation, reducing manual corrections, penalties and stressful last‑minute changes.

Enhancement for New Zealand customers

New Zealand payroll compliance

Release 25 R2 aligns MYOB Acumatica Payroll with the latest New Zealand payroll legislation, including FY26/27 IRD tax threshold updates and KiwiSaver rate changes – so your calculations stay accurate and compliant by default.

  • Automatically applies updated IRD tax thresholds and KiwiSaver rate changes, so your team doesn't need to manually interpret or configure new rules.
  • Fully supports the updated termination pay calculation, now based on the last two regular pay periods in line with current IRD requirements.
  • Keeps your payroll compliant with less effort and lower risk.

The new clock app gives employees a modern way to clock in and out from tablets or browsers – with support for photos, locations and shift feedback, so time is captured accurately and securely – every shift.

  • Use the new Clock app to clock in, clock out, and record breaks with a simple PIN – with optional photo upload, location selection, and shift ratings – then send clean data straight to Workforce Management and payroll.
  • More accurate, auditable time records with less timesheet rework and fewer payroll disputes, while giving staff a simple, reliable way to start and end their shifts.

MYOB Acumatica Workforce Management connects with Flare Employee Benefits, giving employees access to a digital benefits hub with discounts, perks and financial wellness offers alongside their rosters, timesheets and payslips.

Feature summary

  • Employees can self-serve into a curated benefits experience, such as discounts, offers and optional novated leasing, from the same app they use for scheduling and pay with data flowing securely between benefits and payroll.
  • Quickly strengthens an employee value proposition without extra admin, helping attract and retain staff while giving teams tangible, easy-to-use perks that improve engagement.
